About Brodhead Creek
Historic Pocono freestone β Sparse Grey Hackle and the Catskill-school tradition was forged on this water as much as the Beaverkill. The upper section near Analomink in Monroe County is the prime fly-fishing corridor, with wild and stocked browns, rainbows, and brookies. Strong Hendrickson, March Brown, and Green Drake hatches in May.
Regulations
Mix of stocked and Class A wild trout sections in the upper tributaries β consult current PFBC regs for special regulation waters. Requires PA fishing license + trout/salmon permit.
