A freestone stream flowing from the Sugarloaf/Carrabassett Valley through Kingfield to North Anson, where it joins the Sandy. Wild brook trout in the upper reaches above Kingfield; stocked browns in the lower river. Heritage Brook Trout designations apply in upper Carrabassett Valley.
