Wild steelhead must be released. Hatchery steelhead with clipped fin may be retained where open — check WDFW (retention status changes frequently). Quinault Indian Nation has treaty fishing rights in portions of this system. Upper river in Olympic National Park — park rules apply. Catch Record Card required.
